Sales and Leasing Consultant
Joan joined the team in 2006 to assist the Property Manager and more recently as Leasing Consultant.
Joan has lived in the Sutherland Shire for most of her life with her husband Graham and three children. Joan’s background was originally banking and working for large city law firms.
Joan enjoys leasing properties especially the interaction between prospective tenants and landlords and ensuring the process is as smooth as possible for both parties.
With her extensive knowledge of the local area and motivated by her passion for real estate and her enthusiasm for dealing with people Joan is enjoying being part of the Cripps Commercial Team.

Sales Co-Ordinator/Residential Property Management
With over 28 years of Real Estate experience, Anna has joined the commercial team in 2007, to take on the role of Sales Co- ordinator this also includes preparing Sales & Lease documents , Agency Agreements, organizing marketing material to appear on Internet sites, in the local newspaper, the leader and general administration duties and other tasks.
Understanding that properties are our clients most valuable asset, Anna is responsible for carrying out all our routine inspections and preparing a detailed report on the condition and the upkeep of all our rental properties.
Having lived in the Sutherland Shire for the last 17 years, Anna brings local knowledge as well as an honest and personal approach to business.
She is highly organized and motivated, a great communicator and prides herself on always providing exceptional service.
Her philosophy is to treat clients the way you want to be treated yourself. Anna holds a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.

Property Manager
Tracey joined the Sutherland team in March 2001 as our new Commercial and Industrial Property Manager.
Tracey is enthusiastic and energetic towards her work and feels attention to detail is an important part of the Property Manager’s role. She has set about the tasks of learning about our range of Owners and Tenants, and is enjoying a new challenge after some 20 years in banking and finance.
Tracey has always lived in the area and has a strong community spirit; she serves on committees for both Primary and High Schools and is involved in the local Safety House Program. Currently living at Grays Point, Tracey and husband Peter have three teenage daughters.
